	LE is an Intel Communications Alliance partner using technology components provided by Intel to build its next generation Routers and Broadband Remote Access Servers. 	Microsoft provides the video compression and publishing technology that makes basic video-on-demand services comparatively inexpensive. Microsoft also provides the infrastructure for compressing, multiplexing and delivery of video using the WM9 / VC1 low bit rate encoder. LE is a licensee of this technology.

	LE uses ST Micro technology components for its V@LET series of IPTV and DVB-C Set Top Boxes. These STBs have various capabilities like audio / video decoding, Digital Rights Management clients, Full featured Browser and billing integration etc. LE is taking this platform further by integrating features like Voice over IP and Video Conferencing. V@LET STBs are the devices through which all IP based services are delivered to the subscriber.
